Give your child a memorable birthday party! We are now offering pottery demonstrations and hands-on “create your own creature” themed birthday parties. The workshop will be led by Master Potter Rick Hamelin who will demonstrate pottery techniques on the wheel and guide the children through the hand building process. During the one and a half hour workshop we bring the potter’s wheel and throw a variety of animals and creatures from chickens to dragons to penguins and more. Children will then create their own “creature” out of self hardening clay which can be painted once dry.

Details:

• Parties are offered for ages 6 to adult.
• The party is available for twenty (20) attendees.
• The flat fee for the birthday party is $370 plus mileage at $0.65/mile.
• Parties are offered any day of the week.
• We will supply all the materials and tools to make a creature at your venue or home.
• We will do the set-up (45 min. prior) and clean-up (approx. 30 min. after the workshop).
• Advance booking (no later than 7 days before the party) and a $100.00 deposit are required.
• The $100.00 is applied toward the total cost and the remaining balance may be paid on or before the day of the party.
• You supply the tables, chairs (optional), outlet for the potter’s wheel, cake, drinks, etc.
